PHILCOX was established in 1967. Currently, it is engaged in systems integration, aeronautical navigation systems, air traffic control systems, defense, power generation, information technology and services, data center operation, commercial and military-related aircrafts and helicopters and related services, aviation services and products, civil, mechanical electrical, structural engineering with a AAA PCAB license, and trading and contracting in the fields of telecommunications.

Philcox is the official Philippine representative of the Boeing company from the United States.

The company, Philcox, represents several foreign multi-national Fortune 500 companies involved in aviation, aerospace, airport systems, aeronautical navigation systems, airport infrastructure, radar surveillance systems, flight calibration aircrafts, general aviation, information technology, data center operation and integration, defense systems and aircrafts (ITAR approved), orbital and ground satellites systems, telecommunications systems, industrial cables and wires, submarine cables, fiber optics, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. Philcox is accredited with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board, under a PCAB license issued in August 1970, and, is still current with a triple A (AAA) category rating.
