PHILCOX was founded in the year 1967. Today, it is engaged in systems integration, trading and contracting in the fields of telecommunications, aeronautical navigation systems, defense, electric power generation, electronics, environmental equipment and machineries, information technology and services, data center operation, Aircrafts and Helicopters and related services, civil, mechanical electrical, electronics, structural engineering.
Philcox represents several multi-national companies abroad involved in aviation, aerospace, airport systems, aeronautical navigation systems, airport runway lighting systems, airport terminal systems, airport infrastructure, airport security systems, air traffic control systems, airport radar system, flight calibration systems aircraft, information technology, data center operation and integration, geostationary orbital satellites, ground satellites, VSAT, telecommunications systems and services, power generation, defense systems, military aircrafts and helicopters (ITAR approved), industrial cables and wires, submarine cables, fiber optics, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.

Philcox in concert with global consortium members completed for the National Power Corporation the following power projects: supply of and installation of turbing generators for the Agus II River power project with a capacity of 180 MW (Megawatts), the Maria Cristina No.5 power project with a capacity of 100 MW (Megawatts), the hydro storage pump project at the Kalayaan, Caliraya, Laguna, with a capacity of 300 MW (Megawatts), and, the Tiwi Geothermal Power Plant project in Albay Province with an initial capacity of 160 MW (Megawatts).
Installation of Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar at Laoag, Tagaytay and Mt. Magic at Cebu, and installation of two (2) Instrument Landing Systems at Clark field, Pampanga. Defense related projects are classified due to confidentiality and are available upon request and execution of NDA, supplied and installed several units of X-ray Security Systems at Bureau of Customs (BOC) and Clark International Airport and Walk-Thru Metal Detectors at Social Security System (SSS), banks and hotels.
PHILCOX also supplied combination Sewerage Cleaners to the City of Manila and Subic Bay Metro Authority (SBMA), Pasay City Government, Runway Sweeper Truck & Emergency Ambulance for Subic and a complete Flight Check System to Air Transportation Office (ATO). To accomplish these projects, the company has trained and maintains a pool experienced engineers, technical personnel and administrators in the aforementioned activities.

Various turnkey projects such as Data Hosting services for the BIR from 2002 up to the current year 2021 and beyond, Inclusive of Data Center Operation, Lease of Servers and Storage, Document Processing Division, Lease of Data Warehouse and Automated Tape Library, Supply of PC, System Integration Projects and many more.
PHILCOX has the advantages of having a lean organization, main offices, main depot and sub-warehouses in the strategic parts of the country and on-going profitable projects. The present organization is capable of expansion to absorb additional projects.
